Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience in advising or student services, transfer experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, detail oriented, and ability to work independently in a higher-education setting.
• Experience with transcripts and degree audits.

Responsibilities

• Manages a transfer recruitment territory of approximately 10 schools in Northern NJ, meeting with counselors and students to share Rider information.
• Makes data-driven decisions independently for the assigned territory.
• Supervises one full-time transfer counselor.
• Assists with management of transfer student workers and scheduling.
