Job summary

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, web chat and social media, provide program information, conduct campus tours, assist with enrollment agreements, and ensure all documentation including transfer credits and prerequisites are complete.

Qualifications

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; higher education recruitment experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow up inquiries via phone, email, web chat and social media.
