Job summary

Galen College of Nursing, part of the HCA Healthcare family, is seeking an Enrollment Counselor to guide prospective students through the enrollment journey, provide program information, and conduct campus tours to help achieve educational goals.

You will follow up with inquiries across phone, email, and social channels, document interactions, verify prerequisites, and assist with financing paperwork to support student success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; higher education recruitment experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on inquiries via phone, email, web chat, and social platforms.
• Document follow‑ups in Recruit and Colleague systems.
• Provide in‑depth information on on‑campus programs and give tours to prospective students.
• Notify students of acceptance and help them enroll.
• Explain transfer credit, prerequisites, and financing options.
