Job summary

Emerson College in Boston is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to lead our paid digital advertising strategy in support of undergraduate and graduate enrollment goals. You will own campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, display, streaming, and retargeting, and collaborate with enrollment teams to optimize landing pages and attribution.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience managing paid digital campaigns and a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
• 3–5 years of experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, conversion tracking, and audience targeting.
• Higher education marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, display, streaming, and retargeting.
• Manage audience targeting, segmentation, bid strategies, conversion optimization, and pacing.
• Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, enrollment funnel).
• Create recurring digital advertising reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with creative and enrollment teams on strategy and landing pages.
• Partner with CRM and enrollment ops to support attribution tracking and lead flow.
• Stay current on digital advertising trends and higher education recruitment marketing.
