Job summary

Nurtur Aveda is seeking an Admissions Counselor in Loveland, Ohio. You will provide one-on-one counseling to prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process and available programs.

You will manage program information and the enrollment life-cycle to help students and families make informed decisions. In this role you will maintain a meticulous CRM, collaborate with the Admissions Support Team to schedule visits, and work with Financial Aid to achieve annual enrollment goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
• Prior experience in Financial Aid, Collections, or Sales.
• Self-direction, initiative, resourcefulness, and multitasking ability.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality in manner and conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one counseling to prospective students on admissions processes and program options.
• Serve as an expert in program information and enrollment life-cycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and team members to share information.
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM system for accurate records and efficient communication.
• Partner with Admissions Support to book appointments effectively.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Financial Aid to reach enrollment goals.
• Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly team meetings and huddles.
• Stay current on institute policies, industry trends, and program opportunities.
• Handle escalated student challenges professionally and resolve them positively.
• Adhere to Nurtur policies and procedures as outlined in the handbook.
