Qualifications

• Master’s degree and 10+ years of leadership in enrollment, recruitment, or related growth function.
• Documented achievement of enrollment growth, conversion and revenue objectives.
• Experience leading teams through change and collaborating with academic, marketing, and finance partners.
• Knowledge of FERPA and student privacy obligations.

Responsibilities

• Develop multiyear enrollment strategy and annual recruitment plan for Marion Campus.
• Lead recruitment operations, outreach, and yield efforts across undergrad and graduate programs.
• Oversee CRM adoption, data analytics, and forecasting to improve performance.
• Collaborate with academic, marketing, financial aid, athletics, and advancement units.
