Indiana Wesleyan University, IWU National & Global, seeks a Partnership Development Executive for the DeVoe School of Business to build B2B and B2G partnerships that create enrollment pipelines for working professionals.

You will connect HR leaders with IWU degree programs including MBA and AI-focused offerings, manage pipeline milestones in Salesforce, and collaborate with DeVoe faculty to turn opportunities into signed agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Master’s degree in business, Human Resources, Management, Leadership, or related field preferred.
• Experience in HR, talent development, workforce development, or employer relations is highly valued.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to build consultative relationships with HR leaders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop B2B and B2G partnerships and advance opportunities toward signed agreements.
• Lead discovery meetings with HR, Chief People Officers, and learning leaders.
• Present IWU programs, including AI-focused offerings, as workforce solutions.
• Manage partner pipelines and document activities in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with DeVoe faculty and enrollment teams for program alignment.
