Job summary

Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU) invites applications for the Program Director of VIA Journeys within the Strategic Innovations unit. This role focuses on turning strategy into implemented pilots, platforms, and participant experiences, leveraging entrepreneurial leadership and technical fluency.

You will lead end-to-end launches, coordinate with Lantern and Seminary systems, and manage external partners and ministry stakeholders to advance the initiative with rigor and faith-integrated

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher preferred; alignment with Christian mission and community life.
• 10+ years launching, scaling, and leading programs, products, platforms, or initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders, including external partners.
• Strong project management, prioritization, and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Launch end-to-end VIA Journeys, including pilots, workflows, and experiences.
• Translate strategy into executable plans with timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Move VIA Journeys from idea to active implementation with momentum and clarity.
• Lead pilots, design repeatable processes, and enable early scaling with quality.
• Coordinate technical and platform work; translate needs to platform requirements.
• Engage pilot partners, churches, and ministry leaders for feedback and improvement.
• Define and track operational, learning, and pilot metrics; provide dashboards.
• Supervise any personnel assigned to VIA Journeys.
