Job summary

Pacific College in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking an Admissions Advisor to recruit, conduct phone work, set appointments, interview prospective students, enroll, and retain students through lead follow-up and on-site interviews.

Under the direction of the Regional Director of Enrollment Management, the advisor will motivate students toward nursing program careers, manage communications with local schools and agencies, and maintain accurate call/enrollment records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum two years of student or client services experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet browser.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver presentations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, conduct phone work, set appointments and interview prospective students.
• Enroll and retain students for the school through direct lead callbacks and on-site interviews/tours.
• Maintain compliance with State, Accreditation, and Department of Education standards.
• Meet enrollment goals set by the Director.
• Maintain records of calls, enrollments, and student progress.
