Cal State East Bay is seeking a Counselor - Outreach Specialist to support prospective and current students with outreach and pre-admission advising in the East Bay region. This full-time role reports to the Director of Student Outreach and focuses on engaging students and guiding them through enrollment steps.

Responsibilities include regional pre-admission appointments, on- and off-campus events, high school and community college visits, and reporting on prospect generation and conversion

• Conduct on- and off-campus pre-admission advising appointments regionally and out-of-area as needed.
• Participate in on- and off-campus events and promote University programs.
• Generate, cultivate, advise, convert, and yield prospective students to meet enrollment goals.
