Job summary

Hwa Rang Do Minneapolis Academy in Minneapolis, MN seeks an energetic Front Desk & Enrollment Recruiter to be the welcoming face of our martial arts school. You will handle front desk duties for current members, guide tours, and drive recruitment for new students.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage inquiries, enrollments, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment focused on student success.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Must have proven experience in sales or recruitment/enrollment roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in public speaking or presenting to groups.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, students, parents, and prospective members with professionalism and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently, providing accurate information about our programs and answers to member questions.
• Assist prospective students and parents with the enrollment process by guiding them through a tour, discovering their goals, and processing registrations.
• Maintain and update student information within our software systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with other staff members and instructors about trial classes, new member needs, current member needs, and processing matters.
• Sell merchandise to members and give proper size uniforms/equipment to students.
• Work with school manager on processing registrations and other school logistics as needed.
• Create flyers, communications, and social media posts.
