Job summary

Northside Catholic Academy in Chicago seeks an Enrollment Coordinator and FACTS Manager to oversee the full enrollment cycle from inquiry to onboarding and to manage our FACTS SIS and Tuition Management systems. The role collaborates with the Principal, marketing, and families to execute outreach, plan Open House events, support student retention, and activate the NCA Parent Ambassador Program.

Experience in a school environment is preferred, and the position offers competitive compensation

Responsibilities

• Lead enrollment from inquiry to first day and onboarding.

• Collaborate with Principal, marketing, and leadership on enrollment strategy.
• Plan Open House and other admission events and coordinate tours.
• Lead parent activation and manage parent ambassador activities.
