Job summary

Faith Church and Faith Christian Academy are seeking an Enrollment Coordinator to lead the unified enrollment experience from inquiry through onboarding and retention. You will maintain systems, conduct timely outreach, tours, and follow-up to support informed decisions.

The role combines strategic enrollment leadership with compassionate service, coordinating activities across both organizations and ensuring a smooth, family-centric enrollment journey.

Qualifications

• The role requires an active relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Two+ years in enrollment, admissions, customer service, marketing, or related, relationship-centered role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve the enrollment journey for both organizations through onboarding and retention.
• Serve as primary contact for prospective families with tours and timely follow-up.
• Develop enrollment strategies aligned with mission and goals.
• Maintain accurate enrollment records, histories, and follow-up dates across systems.
• Analyze enrollment trends and provide reports and recommendations to leaders.
• Collaborate to remove enrollment barriers and improve family transitions.
• Manage FCA inquiries, tours, applications, registrations, and enrollment status.
• Oversee Sonshine Center inquiries, tours, enrollment, waitlists, and records.
• Manage the enrollment budget.
• Other duties as assigned.
