Job summary

InnovAge Holding Corp. is seeking an Enrollment Coordinator to drive timely enrollment of PACE participants and refine enrollment policies. You will work with Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Finance to build quality reporting and ensure data integrity in CRM.

You will spearhead CRM improvements, train new users, and develop enrollment metrics while collaborating with enrollment leadership and EFD to optimize processes and reporting across centers.

Qualifications

• 2+ yrs healthcare experience working closely with a sales team in an analytical role including financial/data analysis.
• Strong technology acumen and analytical capabilities with project management skills.
• Excellent computer skills including CRM, e‑mail, MS Office and databases.
• Proactive problem solving with ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to plan, organize and implement enrollment programs and procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or related experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead enrollment initiatives to ensure timely enrollment of PACE participants.
• Refine enrollment policies and standards and monitor ongoing staff participation.
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales & Marketing and Finance to build reporting metrics and schedules.
• Become SME in the CRM environment and support new hires on the system.
• Extract and analyze enrollment data to develop optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and EFD to develop new enrollment reporting.
