Job summary

Camino Nuevo Charter Academy (CNCA) seeks a Student Enrollment & Retention Coordinator in Los Angeles to drive year-round enrollment through targeted community outreach and efficient funnel management. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; will consider Associate’s + two years of related work, or four years of related work experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Minimum of two years of data-driven enrollment operations experience and ability to model data for growth and retention.
• Knowledge of customer service techniques, enrollment systems, and organizational management.
• Demonstrated leadership or management experience; SchoolMint knowledge for enrollment and re-enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach strategies to drive enrollment targets.
• Conduct door-to-door canvassing and community outreach for prospective families.
• Build relationships with feeder preschools, daycares, and community partners to sustain enrollment pipelines.
• Enter and manage family data in enrollment systems and track outreach metrics.
• Monitor ADA and absenteeism, with family outreach to support attendance and retention.
