Yellow Brick Road Early Childhood Development Center seeks an Enrollment Specialist to manage the enrollment funnel from inquiry to registration. You will partner with School Directors, Marketing, and Operations to ensure timely, personalized communication and smooth enrollment processes.

The role focuses on maximizing tour-to-enrollment conversion, maintaining accurate CRM records, and providing exceptional family experiences across multiple schools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• 1–3 years of enrollment, admissions, sales, or customer-facing experience.
• Experience using CRM technology to manage a prospect or customer pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospective families from inquiry to completed registration.
• Nurture leads using CRM workflows and follow-up cadences.
• Schedule tours and coordinate pre/post-tour communications.
• Guide families through enrollment and keep CRM records updated.
• Collaborate with School Directors, Marketing, and Operations on funnel improvements.
