• Knowledge of admissions, registration and cashiering procedures.

Responsibilities

• Proactively inform and assist with enrollment processes via phone, email, chat, and in person with high customer service.
• Ensure efficient student experiences by completing required forms and documents and resolving registration issues.
• Perform admissions, registration, and cashiering tasks and reconcile student accounts.
• Maintain knowledge of regulations and policies related to enrollment, graduation and scholarships.
• Access, input, and retrieve data from college databases; attend meetings and trainings.
• Assist other departments on campus as needed and communicate effectively with students, parents, staff and faculty.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and effective oral and written communication.
