Trine University is seeking an Enrollment Marketing and Event Specialist to support marketing, group event planning, communication, and project management for the Office of Admission. You will coordinate with multiple teams and lead campus visit programs to recruit students.

The role requires flexibility for evening and weekend events and collaboration with AVP and VP leadership. Responsibilities include managing annual mail grids, coordinating with Marketing, and analyzing data trends for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3–5 years related experience preferred.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple priorities, deliverables, and timelines.
• Experience in marketing communications and event planning is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Develop ADM annual mail grid/timelines for admission communications (digital and print).
• Coordinate with the Office of Marketing and Communications to manage projects, plans, POs, approvals, and timelines.
• Assist in running processes daily out of Slate.
• Analyze data and trends for marketing materials/web content/other.
• Prepare annual reports for the admission office.
• Demonstrate ability to clean and verify data.
• Assist with third-party processes for bulk mailings and other.
• Review monthly web content for accuracy and propose changes.
• Back up office manager and enrollment coordinators as needed.
• Be flexible with evening and weekend hours for events.
• Other duties as assigned by AVP for Enrollment Management.
• Provide comprehensive marketing plans to recruit new students through the campus visit program.
