Iowa State University is seeking an Enrollment Reporting Lead to help teams turn complex data into clear insights and informed decisions. You will support recruitment, enrollment planning, and student success across Admissions, the Registrar, and Financial Aid.

You will lead a reporting team, translate enrollment information into compelling reports, and develop dashboards using Excel, Salesforce, and Power BI. This role requires strong data storytelling and leadership across campus partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience.
• Experience translating enrollment data into clear reports and dashboards.
• Experience leading a reporting team or similar group.
• Experience with data governance, data dictionaries, or data quality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make data meaningful by turning enrollment information into clear, accurate reports and dashboards.
• Develop SQL queries, automated reports, and dashboards using Excel, Salesforce, and Power BI.
• Lead, supervise, and coach the reporting staff across projects.
• Coordinate requirements, timelines, testing, and stakeholder input for cross-functional dashboards and analytics.
• Develop an Enrollment Management data dictionary and promote consistent definitions across campus.
