Job summary

Lake Washington Institute of Technology (LWTech) in Kirkland, WA, seeks an Enrollment Data Specialist to administer student information systems, manage records, and ensure state compliance for High School Programs and partner organizations.

You will coordinate data reporting, maintain data accuracy and security, and support enrollment management initiatives with training and cross-functional collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Two years of progressively responsible experience supporting high school or similar programs in data and funds management.
• Knowledge of K-12 grading systems and ability to read/transcribe Washington State transcripts.
• Ability to respond to public inquiries with tact and efficiency.
• Proficiency in Skyward (or other K-12) database management system.
• Working knowledge of EDS applications.
• Knowledge of OSPI guidelines related to data collection and reporting.
• Knowledge of RCWs and WACs related to Open Doors Youth Reengagement (1418).
• Aptitude for budgets and maintaining confidentiality of information.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the SIS and related applications, including set up, validation, enrollment processing, withdrawals, completions, and data integrations.
• Serve as District Data Security Manager and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Coordinate weekly submissions and annual reports to OSPI and external agencies; produce various program evaluation reports.
• Manage student records, transcripts, enrollment verifications, and requests in compliance with FERPA.
• Provide training and guidance on SIS procedures, data quality, and reporting standards to staff and partner programs.
• Coordinate with LWTA high school programs and partners to support enrollment management and program operations.
