Job summary

Wheaton College Massachusetts seeks a Director of Enrollment Management Information Systems to lead Banner systems supporting the Office of Student Financial Services, and coordinate data migration systems across Enrollment Management. This leader partners with Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, and Business Office to translate needs into reliable data integrations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in application development or integration teams.
• Direct experience working in the Ellucian banner system.
• Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Experience with system integration.
• Working knowledge of scripting/programming languages.
• Strong problem-solving skills with data and software applications.
• Detail-oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Some leadership or management experience strongly preferred.
