Job summary

Wheaton College invites applications for a Director of Enrollment Management Information Systems. This role is the primary manager of Banner systems that support the Office of Student Financial Services and coordinates data migration and integrations across Enrollment Management.

You will partner with Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, Business Office and other areas to translate business needs into reliable data pipelines and reporting solutions to support strategic and tactical decisions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in application development or integration teams.
• Direct experience with Ellucian Banner system.
• Strong SQL skills, incl. complex queries and stored procedures.
• Experience with system integration.
• Working knowledge of scripting/programming languages.
• Detail-oriented with strong written/interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Some leadership or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Banner systems supporting the Office of Student Financial Services and coordinate key data migrations and integrations.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, Business Office and other areas to translate business needs into reliable data integrations and reporting solutions.
• Support tactical and strategic decision-making across the institution; leverage Slate CRM and Axiom integration systems when applicable.
