University of Missouri-Columbia is seeking a knowledgeable program manager to oversee enrollment communications. You will manage Slate-driven campaigns, build audiences, and refine CRM processes while coordinating with the Enrollment Management Communication department.

Responsibilities include templating emails, monitoring performance, and developing improvements for future campaigns. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in related roles.
• Experience using CRM or email platforms to build audiences/queries.

Responsibilities

• Executes enrollment communication tactics, including Slate queries and recipient lists, emails, letters, mailing lists, text-message audiences, social media target lists and related deliverables.
• Builds, schedules and quality-checks communications to ensure content, audience criteria, timing, personalization and suppression rules are accurate before launch, with the supervisor.
• Develops procedures and guidelines for the execution of campaign tactics in CRM (Slate) and other systems.
• Sets up templates, standard content blocks, and individual email messages in email systems (Slate, DotDigital).
• Monitors and reports on the performance of current campaign tactics, discusses changes, and makes agreed upon adjustments.
• Reviews past performance and researches new approaches to identify successes, opportunities and recommendations for future campaigns.
• Schedules and executes departmental tactics for academic and support units.
