Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Experience tracking metrics and KPIs; teamwork and collaboration.
• Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication; strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent East Central College at recruitment events targeting diverse populations.
• Advise prospective students regarding admission requirements, programs, financial aid, athletics, student organizations and activities.
• Collaborate with CRM-based outreach from recruitment through first term completion.
• Promote all academic areas and Center for Workforce Development (CWD) campus-wide.
• Assist with New Student Orientation for onboarding new students.
• Evaluate high school transcripts for placement testing needs as related to prerequisites.
• Promote academic pathways from HiSET completion to college enrollment.
• Administer admissions for international students, act as PDSO, and manage SEVIS records.
• Advise on immigration petitions and new F-1 visas; provide immigration information.
• Create onboarding and orientation programs for international students.
• Refer students to access services as needed.
• Perform duties safely and with minimal supervision.
