Job summary

Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri seeks an Enrollment Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of the college's recruitment plan. The role requires energy, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with prospective students, families, counselors, alumni and colleagues.

Responsibilities include travel planning, campus events, reviewing credentials, and advising leadership on recruitment strategies; collaboration with admissions and enrollment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Entry-level position; experience in college admissions, sales or related role preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and marketing skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet enrollment goals by executing an annual recruitment plan with travel, events, college fairs and visits.
• Maintain regular contact with prospective students, families, counselors and alumni; provide information.
• Attend Campus Visit Programs and recruitment events.
• Review student credentials, references and recommendations for admissions consideration.
• Advise management on recruitment region performance and maintain records for evaluation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Recruitment or VP of Enrollment Management.
