Job summary

Environmental Charter Schools seeks a Student Recruitment Assistant to enhance recruitment efforts through community outreach, enrollment events, and family engagement. This dynamic role is ideal for individuals with a passion for education and community connection.

The successful candidate will work closely with site leaders and community partners to recruit new students. Responsibilities include engaging families, coordinating events, and fostering relationships to enhance recruitment.

Qualifications

• ECS alumnus/a strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated passion for ECS’s mission and the communities we serve.
• Ability to share compelling stories about ECS experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience or enthusiasm for social media and digital outreach.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends during peak recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Support and staff enrollment events including open houses.
• Engage prospective students and families through various channels.
• Conduct community outreach activities and events.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach contacts.
• Represent ECS with warmth and authenticity.
