Job summary

Camino Nuevo Charter Academy – Sandra Cisneros is seeking a Student Enrollment and Retention Coordinator to implement a year-round, systems-driven recruitment and retention strategy across the full enrollment funnel. You will own day-to-day outreach, lead conversion, and feeder-pipeline development, broadening relationships with preschool/daycare partners while maintaining a strong community presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required; will consider Associate’s Degree/two years of college + two (2) years of related work experience OR four (4) years of related work experience
• Bilingual English and Spanish required
• Minimum of two (2) years of data-driven enrollment operations experience
• Knowledge of customer service techniques, online student information systems, and organizational management

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment strategies to drive enrollment across CNCA-Sandra Cisneros
• Conduct door-to-door canvassing and outreach to engage families
• Build relationships with feeder preschools, daycares, community orgs and partners
• Enter and manage family data in enrollment systems and track outreach efforts
