The Learning Experience is seeking a Preschool Assistant Director Enrollment Specialist in New Jersey. This leadership role focuses on driving enrollment growth, connecting with families, and supporting center operations alongside the Center Director.

Ideal candidates have evidence of early childhood experience and at least 2 years in enrollment or marketing, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• New Jersey Center Director licensing qualifications preferred.
• Relevant education and early childhood credentials preferred.
• Successful completion of required background checks.

Responsabilités

• Grow enrollment and generate new leads.
• Conduct tours and follow up with prospective families.
• Build relationships with families and the local community.
• Support social media, referrals, events and marketing initiatives.
• Track enrollment goals and develop ideas to support center growth.
• Partner with the Center Director to support daily operations.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling and team development.
• Help maintain licensing, safety and company standards.
• Support teachers, families and overall center quality.
• Promote enrollment, retention and family satisfaction.
