• Strong written communication skills and ability to develop clear, engaging, audience-appropriate content.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging, student-facing content for email, text messages, web pages, letters, print materials, and other communication channels.
• Translate complex enrollment, admissions, and financial aid information into clear messaging.
• Create and maintain enrollment-related content on the College website and CRM platforms.
• Coordinate enrollment communication campaigns, calendars, and timelines.
