Job Description
The Enrollment Communications and Administrative Coordinator serves as a communications specialist and administrative professional responsible for coordinating enrollment-related messaging, managing communication workflows, and providing operational and administrative support to Enrollment Management Services. The position works collaboratively with Admissions, Financial Aid, the Registrar, Student Accounts, Public Relations, and other university offices to support student recruitment, enrollment, retention, and customer service initiatives.
This is a full-time, benefits-eligible Professional position. Work hours may occasionally include evening and weekend commitments.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or related field.

Advertised Job Duties
- 1.) The position will organize, manage and prioritize workflow for enrollment communications from creative development to product delivery, maintaining university branding standards and quality control within the Unit. The workflow will be informed by the enrollment lifecycle and related strategic plans for both recruitment of new students and retention of current students.
- 2.) Provide leadership, design and implementation on enrollment communications which bring an integrated and consistent 'common voice' in materials used for internal and external constituencies; ensure cohesive content and alignment with enrollment management functional area office websites, and enhance comprehensive student/parent communication flows – be they digital, written, visual/video, social media, etc.
- 3.) The Enrollment Communications and Administrative Coordinator will require knowledge of customer relationship management ( CRM ) systems, content management systems ( CMS ) as well as basic knowledge of WordPress or Drupal. Additional knowledge is required to effectively utilize social media platforms as a professional marketing tool.
- 4.) This position requires collaboration with the Office of Public Relations whose responsibility is brand management, marketing strategy and public awareness.
- 5.) Provide administrative support to Enrollment Management Services departments, including Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, Student Accounts, and related enrollment functions, to facilitate efficient service delivery and student support.
- 6.) Coordinate scheduling, meeting logistics, correspondence, records management, and workflow tracking for Enrollment Management Services initiatives, projects, and operational activities.
- 7.) Assist with the preparation, maintenance, and distribution of reports, presentations, enrollment materials, student communications, and departmental documentation.
- 8.) Serve as a point of contact for students, parents, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders by responding to inquiries and directing requests to appropriate Enrollment Management Services personnel.
- 9.) Support enrollment campaigns, registration activities, orientation programs, recruitment events, retention initiatives, and other university events sponsored by Enrollment Management Services.
- 10.) Maintain departmental records and databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with university policies and applicable regulations.
- 11.) Assist with monitoring service metrics, tracking enrollment-related activities, and compiling data to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts within Enrollment Management Services.
- 12.) Other duties as assigned.
