Job summary

Qualifications

• Two-year or Associate’s degree required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience and/or training with High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute Enrollment projects such as texting programs, email campaigns, surveys, and phone calls.
• Analyze member feedback and recommend changes to Health Plan procedures.
• Examine information provided by members and ask clarifying questions to customize the member experience.
• Leverage feedback to continuously improve Health Plan onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to customize onboarding experiences.
