Job summary

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or associate’s degree; minimum 5 years of related experience and/or training with high school diploma; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute Enrollment projects such as texting programs, email campaigns, surveys, and phone calls.
• Analyze member feedback and recommend changes to Health Plan procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to customize onboarding experiences.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies and procedures.
