Job summary

Human Capital Education (HCE) is seeking an Enrollment Manager in the Denver area to lead a team of Enrollment Coaches from inquiry to enrollment. This role combines people leadership with performance oversight, tracking pipeline health, coaching to conversion targets, and partnering cross-functionally to drive results.

The role reports to the Director of Enrollment Services and requires 3+ years of management experience within higher education.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience.
• Experience with higher education institutions required.
• Knowledge of the operation and metrics of Enrollment Services.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a department and staff.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and coaching abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and develop employees.
• Lead the team to meet productivity, quality, and goals.
• Provide performance feedback and evaluations with HR support.
• Recruit, interview, and train new employees with HR.
• Maintain team schedules and PTO coverage.
• Communicate transparently in meetings and across channels.
• Collaborate with academic partners to report results and address challenges.
• Review and improve departmental operating processes.
• Monitor enrollment data and report insights to leadership.
• Uphold the values and goals of Human Capital Education.
