Job summary

Cengage Group in the United States is seeking a results-oriented Enrollment Team Leader to drive revenue and enrollment targets. You will hire, mentor, and lead Enrollment Representatives and ensure adherence to enrollment processes, measurement, reporting, and coaching.

You will collaborate with department heads, build vendor relationships, and focus on delivering the highest quality student experience from first contact to enrollment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 4+ years of consultative sales experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years management experience preferred.
• 3+ years of sales and/or management experience in an inside sales or similar environment.
• Computer savvy.
• Experienced problem-solver and dedicated troubleshooter.
• Ability to work beyond conventional business hours to complete assignments as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Enrollment team meets/exceeds all assigned revenue and enrollment objectives.
• Ensure adherence to enrollment process, measurement, tracking, reporting, and mentoring.
• Identify improvements in enrollment process to improve efficiency and revenue.
• Hire, mentor, and lead all aspects of a team of Enrollment Representatives.
• Get results in a collaborative and positive working environment.
• Complete staff assessments and performance reviews.
• Generate student enrollment by advising prospective students on educational and career needs.
• Ensure highest quality student experience from first contact through enrollment.
• Collaborate with department leaders to develop effective processes across ed2go departments.
• Develop and manage relationships with vendors outside of Cengage where necessary.
