Iowa State University is seeking an Enrollment Reporting Lead to help teams turn complex data into clear insights supporting recruitment, enrollment planning, and student success. You will lead a reporting team across Admissions, the Registrar’s Office, Financial Aid, and campus partners, translating data into actionable reports and dashboards using Excel, Salesforce, and Power BI.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience.
• Experience with higher education or Enrollment Management data.
• Experience with data governance, data dictionaries, or data quality.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, or developing staff.
• Experience applying data visualization and user-centered design principles to create clear, intuitive, and effective reports and dashboards.
• Experience leading and managing projects from conception through development, implementation, and completion.

• Build useful solutions. Develop SQL queries, automated reports, and dashboards using Excel, Salesforce, and Power BI.
• Connect questions to answers. Guide reporting requests from intake through delivery, clarifying needs and priorities.
• Lead and develop people. Supervise, coach, and support reporting staff, creating opportunities to grow.
• Deliver reporting projects. Coordinate requirements, timelines, testing, and stakeholder input for cross-functional dashboards and analytics.
• Build confidence in the data. Develop enrollment data dictionary with campus partners and ensure consistent definitions.
