Job summary

Villanova University’s College of Professional Studies is seeking an Enrollment Counselor to be the primary contact for inquiries and applications across associate and bachelor’s programs, certificates, and select non-credit courses.

You will recruit new students via phone, email, text, live chat, and information sessions, guide applicants through admissions, review materials, track transcripts, and collaborate with the Associate Director and Senior Director to drive enrollment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in admissions/enrollment.
• Demonstrated success in recruitment with goal metrics and strong customer service orientation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes Slate CRM to recruit and select high-quality students to CPS programs to meet enrollment targets.
• Builds relationships with prospective students, helping them assess fit and guiding them through the admissions process.
• Conducts timely follow-ups to reach enrollment goals and maintains professional communications via phone, email, chat, and in person.
• Represents the CPS admissions team at events and updates the Admissions section of the website as needed.
• Reviews applicant files for admission qualifications and makes recommendations.
• Assists with planning open houses, information sessions, and student visits, and supports yield initiatives.
