Teachers of Tomorrow, LLC in Houston, Texas seeks an Enrollment Advisor to guide teacher intern candidates through the enrollment process, employing sales techniques and strong customer service.

You will develop relationships with candidates, learn certification requirements for multiple states, and support enrollment from inquiry to completion.

The position offers a hybrid or remote schedule with starting pay of $23.00/hr and growth opportunities within a leading national ACP provider.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience in educational/admin capacity.
• 2+ years in customer service or sales-oriented role.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with candidates via phone, email, or live chat to guide enrollment.
• Use sales techniques to move candidates through enrollment and highlight program benefits.
• Explain program mechanics and value propositions to prospects and current candidates.
• Identify candidates’ certification goals and how the program meets them.
• Maintain high-level customer service and assist teammates as needed.
• Track candidate progress and ensure accurate documentation in their accounts.
• Coordinate with back-office for transcripts and requirements.
