Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an educational or professional admin capacity or commensurate experience.
• 1–2 years of customer service and/or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to applicants and interns.
• Mentor and encourage candidates to pursue certification.
• Engage with candidates to strategize and problem-solve through the program.
• Assist with state operations events and outreach as needed.
• Build relationships with local districts and communities.
