Job summary

United States University is hiring a full-time Enrollment Advisor in a hybrid role with work-from-home flexibility. Training will be conducted in-office, and after onboarding, the schedule will require 1-2 days in the office per week.

The Enrollment Advisor provides consultative support to prospective students, helping them decide to apply and guiding them through the application process to enrollment while delivering a superior student experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Patience, adaptability, and the ability to multi-task.
• High integrity and compliance with FERPA/privacy requirements.
• Computer literate with basic MS Word/Excel and email usage; able to learn CRM quickly.
• Proven ability to convey information clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chats from prospective students with accurate information.
• Make outbound calls and emails to guide applicants through the enrollment process.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective students.
• Document all interactions in the lead database and coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Assist applicants in gathering admission documents and completing applications.
• Meet daily activity targets and contribute to monthly enrollment goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
