Job summary

Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences (PNWU) seeks a Digital Communications Specialist to serve as the primary liaison among Marketing and Communications, Enrollment Services, and Advancement. You will plan, coordinate, execute, and evaluate communications to prospective students, applicants, alumni, and donors, fostering connection to PNWU and its mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field; 3+ years in communications/marketing or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes prospective student communication campaigns via Slate (email, SMS, events) and enrollment nurturing.
• Develops donor and alumni campaigns using Raiser’s Edge, Almabase, and other tools to support fundraising goals.
• Acts as project manager for Enrollment and Advancement marketing initiatives, coordinating timelines and resources.
• Collaborates with leadership to build annual communication plans, audience segmentation, and calendars.
• Writes and coordinates digital content for emails, landing pages, and event communications.
• Ensures timely delivery and brand consistency across projects with the Marketing team.
• Analyzes campaign performance and prepares reports to guide strategy and improvements.
