Chartiers Center, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Enhanced Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker to support adults with intellectual disabilities and other participants in their homes and communities.

You will conduct weekly in-home or community-based sessions to teach independent living, social, and job-search skills, and connect clients with needed resources. The role involves maintaining a structured schedule of face-to-face meetings, thorough documentation of interventions, and rotating on-call

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

Chartiers Center is a private, non-profit corporation funded by state, county, 3rd party insurances and private funds. Services include intake, referral, outpatient therapy, psychiatric assessment, service coordination, substance abuse treatment, training and social rehabilitative services, crisis intervention, partial hospitalization, community outreach, day and recreational services for adults with intellectual disabilities, homeless outreach and housing program.As a Mobile Enhanced Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker with Chartiers Center, you will work in the home and community with our program participants to help them to live full and productive lives.
