You will conduct weekly in-home or community-based sessions to teach independent living, social, and job-search skills, and connect clients with needed resources. The role involves maintaining a structured schedule of face-to-face meetings, thorough documentation of interventions, and rotating on-call

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Maintain a weekly schedule with face-to-face client meetings.
• Thoroughly document client meetings, interventions, and client responses.
• Provide on-call on a rotating basis.
