Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Engineering Training Lead to elevate operational efficiency and strategic alignment across the Hardware organization. You will build Centers of Excellence, design and own the training strategy, and partner with HW engineering leadership to deliver scalable programs that empower teams from Quality to Electrical Engineering.

You will drive change management, socialize new standards, and map documentation with SMEs to ensure accessible, actionable processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of working experience, with at least 2+ years in engineering or related roles.
• Experience designing and implementing training programs in technical environments.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and scale Centers of Excellence in collaboration with HW teams.
• Own the overall training strategy for the Hardware organization.
• Socialize standards, tool updates, and process changes across consuming teams.
• Lead change management efforts with comprehensive plans and communications.
• Develop high-quality, user-centric process documentation with SMEs.
