Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Engineering Training Lead to elevate the hardware organization's operational efficiency and innovation. You will partner with HW Engineering to unpack complex problems, build scalable training programs, and drive continuous improvement across centers of excellence.

The role requires leading organizational strategy, coordinating with operations leadership, and delivering lasting training solutions that enable a next-generation defense technology stack.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage Centers of Excellence (CoEs) across Hardware teams.
• Lead the training strategy for the Hardware organization; ensure alignment with objectives and engineering best practices.
• Align new standards, tool updates, and process changes to drive broad adoption.
• Develop comprehensive change management plans with clear communication and integration with training.
• Own the official document lifecycle for key engineering processes and standards; map and maintain user-friendly docs.
• Leverage analytics to identify training effectiveness and operational efficiency trends; drive data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering Leadership, Quality, Configuration Management, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering to tailor training needs.
