Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Operations Trainer to build technical capability across the organization and accelerate workforce readiness. You will blend deep technical knowledge with instructional expertise to own major training initiatives within the Tech Ops line of business.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical field operations, deployed software engineering, or technical hands-on operational roles
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Training Frameworks: Design comprehensive training frameworks and curricula that span from onboarding through advanced technical proficiency for Tech Ops engineers
- Curriculum Design: Translate complex systems into scalable learning artifacts including runbooks, SOPs, work instructions, and troubleshooting guides
- Training Delivery: Conduct hands-on technical training across diverse products and systems, adapting instructional methods to learner needs and operational contexts
- Proficiency Standards: Set training priorities, proficiency thresholds, and certification standards that ensure operational readiness
