Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical field operations or related hands-on roles.
• Proven track record as a Subject Matter Expert and trainer.
• Comfortable delivering training to groups and individuals at varying skill levels.
• Strong problem‑solving skills; ability to rapidly learn complex systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally for training and field support.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance for sensitive operations.
• Ability to handle and work with munitions.
• Meet health and medical requirements in deployment contexts.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for Tech Ops engineers.
• Develop runbooks, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides; maintain current content.
• Lead knowledge management and documentation efforts across teams.
• Assess capabilities, identify gaps, and drive data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, deployment ops, and mission ops to align training initiatives.
