Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3 years of utility engineering experience in one or more disciplines.
• 3 years of technical training, mentoring, or instructional development preferred.
• Supervisory or technical lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs for electric utility engineering disciplines.
• Provide classroom instruction, workshops, and applied learning sessions for engineers and staff.
• Develop competency-based training materials, assessments, and refresher training.
• Ensure training aligns with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Provide discipline-specific engineering training support across SCADA, T&D, and asset engineering.
