Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a Tech-related Major or 4+ years of equivalent lab/customer service experience.
• Ability to read schematics and set up various cable connectivity to test equipment.
• Basic Unix/Windows and Networking understanding a plus.
• Ability to solder and rework PCBA components.
• General test instrumentation hardware/software knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for test board/equipment setup, tear down, maintenance, data collection and logistics.
• Maintain lab standards for safety, cleanliness and organization.
• Deploy test boards for automated tests and troubleshoot setup issues.
• Reload test setups per engineers' requests on a regular cadence.
• Collect data for critical lab metrics and track progress.
• Perform calibration and maintenance on test equipment.
• Configure electro-mechanical installations using BOM/drawings/schematics.
• Perform repairs and troubleshooting on assemblies.
• Suggest document changes to wiring and mechanical builds.
• Self-inspect according to procedures.
• Identify problems and report to supervisor.
• Check calibration status and ESDeq housekeeping.
• Read and follow written instructions and diagrams.
• Demonstrate proficiency in English.
