Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a tech-related field or 4+ years in lab/customer service in a data center/field service environment.
• Ability to read schematics and connect various cables to test equipment and DUT.
• Basic Unix/Windows networking knowledge and enterprise switch/router familiarity is a plus.
• Ability to solder/rework PCBA components (SMT, through-hole, wires).
• General test instrumentation hardware/software knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Setup and teardown of test boards and equipment; data collection and logistics.
• Maintain lab standards for safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Deploy test boards for automated tests and troubleshoot setup issues.
• Update test procedures per engineers' requests in cadence.
• Collect critical lab data and track progress.
• Perform equipment calibration and maintenance routines.
• Read and follow schematics, BOMs, and wiring diagrams.
• Communicate feedback to improve wiring/assembly documentation.
