Job summary

Silfex, a Lam Research Company, is seeking a manufacturing technician to support non-conformance reviews, MRB rework disposition, and rework initiation. The role centers on root cause investigations to improve yield across assigned processes.

Collaborating with Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality, you will review prints, run charts, and process specifications, and report trends using InfinityQS, JMP, and Excel. Proactive communication and adherence to safety policies are essential.

Qualifications

• AS in engineering or quality field or a high school diploma with 1–2 years relevant experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T.
• Strong RCCA capability and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support non-conformance reviews and MRB rework disposition.
• Initiate rework and coordinate corrective actions with engineering, quality, and manufacturing.
• Lead groups to brainstorm and solve safety, scrap, throughput, and cost issues.
• Create templates in Plex and troubleshoot part flow.
• Use data tools to record and report non-conformance trends.
• Prepare reports with PowerPoint and MS Office.
• Present updates to management.
